I went today and the back parking lots were already filling up by noon.  The lines were pretty steady through the day, nothing horrible.  Also, Boss was running THREE trains! I'd never seen that before.

I was spoiled last time I went. They were only running 1 train on EVERY ride (I didn't even know it was possible for Batman to run only 1 train) and there were still no waits. They were even letting you stay on if there weren't any people there (which there weren't most of the time).

We'll end up going to Hurricane Harbor, too. That'll help a little bit seeing as there are no lines to get into the big pools there to cool down.

My family is planning a trip to SFSTl this Sunday, and i was wondering how busy we should expect it to be?

I've been to theme parks on Saturdays in Aug, and it has been HELL and i was just wondering if Sundays are usually less crowded then Saturdays?

Any info is great Smiley

I normally think there are less people than a Saturday, but I think the weather will play into how crowded it is.

Unless there is a major concert or some function going on at the park that day, then you won't have to worry about packed lines.

All last year, just about every time I went, there would be a huge company picnic or convention that would meet there at Six Flags. I wouldn't have minded it so much if it was actually on the website, but I would drive 45 minutes to get there and figure out it's "Anhieser Buch Day" or "National Lutheran Day" and end up being misserable, especially when it rained (which also happened almost every time I went).

as if they are going to be honest on the fb page? they want everyone to show up to make that money, this thread is really the only way to get a true reading imo.

anyone there today? id like to go but not sure if i want to sweat in lines everywhere, lol. i'll be at fiesta in less than two weeks, so i could probably wait til i get back to go to sfstl.

I was at the park today and it was very crowded. I think waste management had a company thing out there. I was walking by the batman and saw the whole line out to the front. I believe the shortest line we waited in was for the log flume. But other than that i had a great time with the people we went with.

My son and I were just out at Fiesta Texa and had a blast. Don't miss the laser and fireworks show!  Try out Rattler, I didn't think it was as bad as everyone says.

You can't miss the night time, it is one of things you have to see.. I think that Rattler has gotten smoother this year. I am really happy that it happened also.. Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

It was nuts today!  Shocked

We arrived at the park at 11:10 and didn't even actually get into the park until around 11:50 because the line to park in the parking lot was nearly all the way out to 44 and the line to get into the park was all the way out to the ticket sale booths.

Once we were in the park we couldn't go to Hurricaine Harbor because of my sister so we had to try to wait out all the lines. We waited in line for Scooby Doo for over an hour and just decided to go home because that was the shortest line we had actually seen today. And, go figure, we went over to Hurricaine Harbor to tell our friends we were leaving and it was nearly abandoned in there.  Angry

Hopefully it won't be crowded Friday. I'm going to try this miserable atempt at a Six Flags trip over again and if it's crowded then, I think I'm going to explode. It's good that the park is getting business and everything, but I'm spoiled and I don't like waiting in long lines.  Tongue
